✨ About Me
Hi, I’m Alecia — wife, mom, tech exec, chaos whisperer, and now… accidental blogger.
I didn’t plan to start a blog.
I planned to keep crushing goals, raising awesome humans, running point on big strategy, and making high-stakes decisions before lunch. I was solving the world’s automation problems and being just the right mix of polished and unfiltered that makes people go:
“She really said that?”
(Yes. I did. And I meant it.)
But life had other plans.
⚡ The Shift
My firstborn was about to graduate.
I was putting together my final to do lists for what was going to be an amazing grad party, I had my color coded outfits ready for the weeks events, and was headed out the door with plans to make my long-overdue golf league debut. I was deep into my thriving era — and then, out of nowhere, I couldn’t move the right side of my body.
One minute I was headed to the course. The next, I was Googling symptoms I never imagined applying to me.
And so began the wild ride:
Doctors. Scans. More questions than answers.
What started as a strange moment became a full-blown medical mystery — and I had a front-row seat with no map, no timeline, and definitely no chill.
💻 Why This Blog?
This wasn’t meant to be a health blog.
And it still might not be.
This space started as a way to track symptoms and sanity — for myself, for the people who love me, and for anyone else trying to hold it all together in the midst of disruption.
But over time, it’s become more than that.
This is my digital anchor. My creative outlet. My survival toolkit.
It’s where I show up with a smart mouth, a soft heart, and a deep belief that we get through the hard stuff better when we don’t go it alone.
🎯 What You’ll Find Here
- Honest updates from the frontlines of whatever this becomes
- Gadgets & tools I actually use (because yes, I’m still a geek at heart)
- Weekly recaps and emotional check-ins (with a side of sarcasm)
- Moments of magic, even in the mess
- And the occasional reminder that healing is not linear — but your outfit can still be on point
💬 Quote I Live By (and accidentally said out loud):

👑 Who I Am Outside the Medical Chart
I’m a strategist, a mother of boys, a fiercely loyal friend, and the kind of person who will cry in a parking lot for five minutes and then walk into a meeting and change your entire roadmap. I’m known for turning chaos into sleek workflows, mentoring with a sharp edge and a warm core, and loving big even when I’m running on empty.
Whether this blog becomes a story of recovery or simply a messy, meaningful middle chapter… I’m telling it in real time.
So welcome in.
We conquer as one.
And I’m damn glad you’re here.
😂
Sidebar: “A Few Things to Know About Me”
I’ve worked at the same company for 25 years. Yes, on purpose.
I once built a real-time pharmacy workload optimizer that raised throughput by 60%. Then had to explain why it mattered for the next 10 years.
I can’t stand laziness, but I deeply respect a good nap.
I was this close to going full influencer, but… tech called.
I miss Red Bull more than some ex-friends.
I prefer function over frills — unless the frills are glitter.
I believe in dogs, strong women, good wine, and carrying your own damn charger.
I live with a full soundtrack in my head — and yes, I will change scenes if the vibe is off.
